Looking for the latest Fair Market Rents (FMR) in your area? FMR prices are set by HUD each year for localities nationwide. FMRs reflect the average cost of affordable housing as defined by HUD in a given metropolitan area. (This is different from Small Area Fair Market Rents, which are calculated at the ZIP code level.)

To navigate the HUD Fair Market Rents webpage, follow these steps:
- Select Year
- Click Button - "Click Here for FY 2024 FMRs"
- Select State (Virginia)
- Select a County (County or a City can be selected)
