You’ll have access to:

• Loan information
• Payment history and scheduling
• Uploading payment accounts (bank and debit cards)
• Alerts and notifications
  

If you prefer to pay by mail, we can provide either an annual payment coupon book or a monthly billing statement with a coupon attached. Please be sure that:

• Your loan number is written on your check.
• Your check is accompanied by the appropriate month’s coupon. Payments not received with a coupon will be applied at Virginia Housing’s discretion.*
• If you’re paying more than the required amount, specify on the coupon how the extra amount is to be applied. Extra money sent, but not specified on the coupon, will be applied at Virginia Housing’s discretion.*
  
  

*Requests to change the way funds have been applied will be honored only if the request is received in the same month the payment was applied.
