Mortgage Credit Certficates (MCC)
Loans locked after 4/28/2023 are not eligible for an MCC. A homeowner that received an MCC on or before 4/28/2023 has not lost their MCC and may continue to use this credit for the life of the mortgage, as long as the homeowner lives in the home.
